Deviating or supplementary terms and conditions of the Customer shall not be recognised unless their validity has been expressly agreed to in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit a purchase offer.
(2) By clicking the button “Buy” / “Order with obligation to pay”, the Customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(3) The contract is concluded as soon as the Seller accepts the offer by sending an order confirmation by email or by dispatching the goods.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Details are governed by the Seller’s Right of Withdrawal.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

(1) All prices stated are final prices pursuant to Section 25a of the German VAT Act (margin scheme). VAT is not shown separately.
(2) Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
(3) The Seller accepts the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (advance payment)
  • PayPal
    (4) The purchase price must be paid within 7 days after conclusion of the contract.
    (5) The goods will be dispatched only after full payment has been received.

5. Delivery and Shipping Conditions

(1) Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the Customer.
(2) Shipping is carried out via Deutsche Post or DHL within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.
(3) Worldwide shipping is available. The Customer is responsible for compliance with the import and customs regulations of their respective country.
(4) Collection in person is not possible.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been made.

7. Warranty / Liability for Defects

The statutory provisions regarding warranty for defects shall apply.

8. Liability

(2) For other damages, the Seller shall only be liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
(3) Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

9. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this choice of law shall apply only insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence.

10. Consumer Dispute Resolution

The Seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Notes on the Trade of Historical Objects

The offered militaria, orders and historical documents originate from historical periods.
They are offered exclusively for civic education, scientific and military-historical research, art, or reporting on historical events and processes in accordance with Sections 86 and 86a of the German Criminal Code (StGB).
The Seller expressly distances himself from any form of extremism and any unconstitutional ideology.

12. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
